08-03-2007 – 00:19I thought about telling the world and then decided against it for tactical reasons. However, FooBar has decided to blog it, so I might as well reply. Yes, I left him, and no, that decision wasn’t easy. Even though I felt it was necessary for me to leave, it hurt a lot. It still hurts. But I’m not so vain as to consider myself the victim here. I did this to him. Even so, I believe in the long run both he and I will be happier because of it.
Now I made myself a promise not to blog any emo woe-is-me posts, which I am violating right now (I know), so I won’t add more. I will simply wait and see how I will be judged.

Seriously, who are we to judge?
Most of us won’t know the whole story and God knows we can’t read into either of you guys’ hearts. So there’s no way for us to get the 100% story and it’s not our place to judge either of you anyway. It’s your life, it’s your choice and that’s that.
Yes, of course heartache is regrettable. And no, choices like these are never easy. Sometimes things have to go the way they do. There’s not much to be done. No telling what the future will hold now, nor is there any way of telling what it would’ve held if you guys’d stayed together.
So take a deep breath, relax and take your time to process everything. You’ll need some time for that… Know what? Take at least one day off from work/school/everything.

Also, Faragon is back from her trip, so you can definitely go have a talk with her. I’m sure she knows you a boatload better than I do :)

I agree with cailin coilleach, who are we to judge? There’s nobody who’s looking out for your happiness but you. If this makes you happy in the long run, it was the right choice. Ofcourse it sucks that you had to hurt some-one in the process, but I guess that’s life. No judging here, just wishing you good-luck.

I wish I could tell the world how sorry I am to hurt him, but it can’t be expressed…
I got a truckload of stuff from him today, and tomorrow I’m going there to pack the rest. Soon I hope we will both have peace with it…
