10-01-2007 – 16:07Lo and behold, t’is my new domain, www.wilgje.net! Mine and mine alone for 10 years to come. Wi11ow.com now refers to here, so that url will still work.
I was thinking and thinking about what my site was going to look like. I do too many things to make a theme out of anything, so it was difficult to center my website around one such activity. I had this main website with a tiny bit of php which served as a portal to my gallery and weblog, and also some miscellaneous stuff, for instance my wishlist. I was contemplating doing difficult things with perl and make a terrific website out of it, but I would probably have stranded very quickly. I was never a real coder.
Then, the simplicity of my final solution dawned on me. What is there to find on my website that I cannot incorporate into my blog? Well, nothing, so I’m currently in the process of making my blog complete. It will feature pages that contain all the things on my old website and more. I’d say, keep checking for more!
